The citizens of the mostly lower to middle class community face neglect and disparity in public infrastructure. Illustrated by the issue of vacant and underutilized public spaces. Even though the neighborhood continues to grow culturally, the landscape does not match. To combat this we need to reexamine the systems of infrastructure themselves.

Urban Liquidity: Thesis

Using the vacancies in this geographic lowland, this collector would absorb the otherwise flooding abundance of runoff water. the filtered water piped in from the collection system to vertical hydroponic modules and greeneries can activate an urban farming space; producing food for the community as a whole. And by transfering kinetic energy produced from physical park activities and powered walkways, renewable energy is created to power things like streetlights, homes and other infrastructure in the grid.
