Sanitary Garment System

  • A novel support system to protect robot cable harness route and structurally support sanitary garment

    1. Fastener-less over center-locking cable carrier system

    2. Upper Sanitary Garment Clamping System

    3. Base Sanitary Garment Clamping System 

    4. Sanitary garments developed to aid in ingress protection/ increase cleanability of robot arm.

  • Container drop off designed modularly and parametrically to fit desired customer length and location. 

    1. Variable angle design to ensure smooth ride for completed/filled salad bowl and ability to modularly add or remove lengths to fit user necessity 

    2. Long queue design to fit 20 completed orders or less

  1. Structural Collar - Mounting Bracket

  2. MultiPosition Configurable Cable Breakpoint Bracket

  3. Injection Moldable Aesthetic Clam Shells - electronics encloser and ingress protection 

  4. Base Garment Ring - For trapping lower terminating end of sanitary garment
